By downloading, accessing, or using the Milk Collection App (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Software"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the App

• The App is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product designed specifically for dairy collection centers to manage farmer ledgers, calculate milk FAT/SNF, and track payments.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during account registration.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Razorpay

The App operates on a subscription model. Continued access to premium features, cloud backups, and SMS services requires an active subscription.

• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your banking credentials on our servers.
• Service Delivery: Upon successful payment via Razorpay, your subscription is activated immediately. In rare cases of network delay, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Non-Transferable: Subscription plans are tied to the registered mobile number and are strictly non-transferable to other users.

3. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we provide full access to the App to evaluate its suitability for your dairy business, our refund policy is strictly governed by the following rules:

• 7-Day Free Trial: We offer a completely free, unrestricted 7-day trial for all new users. You are strongly advised to thoroughly test the application, connect your hardware (weighing scale/printer), and verify calculations during this period.
• No Refunds: Because users only purchase a plan after having the opportunity to test the app for 7 days, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a subscription plan is purchased.
• No Exceptions: We do not provide refunds for "change of mind", "incorrect plan selection", or "partial usage" of a billing cycle.
• Cancellations: You may choose to stop using the App and cancel your subscription renewal at any time. However, canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund for the active or remaining subscription period.

4. Zero Liability Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

This is a critical clause regarding financial and hardware reliance:

• Calculation Accuracy: While our algorithms are thoroughly tested, you (the dairy owner) are solely responsible for verifying the FAT, SNF, Rate Chart calculations, and final payment amounts before disbursing cash to farmers. We hold Zero Liability for any financial losses or disputes arising from data entry errors, app glitches, or miscalculations.
• Hardware Failures: The App connects to external Bluetooth weighing scales, printers, and milk analyzers. We are not responsible for hardware malfunctions, connection drops, or printer failures caused by third-party devices.
• Data Loss: We provide secure cloud backups; however, we are not liable for data loss caused by user negligence, local device formatting without syncing, or extreme server outages beyond our control.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we detect any of the following:

• Abuse of the SMS gateway (e.g., sending spam or promotional messages to farmers instead of milk receipts).
• Attempts to hack, manipulate, or exploit the App's API or database.
• Usage of the App for illegal activities or fraudulent financial tracking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, logos, UI designs, and algorithms within the Milk Collection App are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our software as a white-label product without explicit written consent will result in immediate legal action under the relevant copyright laws.
