Welcome to the Milk Collection App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and business data is handled securely. This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with global data protection standards and the strict Google Play Data Safety requirements.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our dairy management and billing services effectively, we collect the following types of information:

A. Information from the Dairy Owner (Admin)

• Account Information: Mobile Number, Email Address, Name, and a hashed password (we never store your raw password).
• Society Settings: Information about your milk collection center, such as society name and society contact number.

B. Information about Farmers (Added by Admin)

• Farmer Identification: A custom unique ID (farmer_uid), Name, Mobile Number, and Address.
• Operational Data: Details of milk entries (date, session, animal type, quantity, fat, SNF, rate, bonus, total price) and payments (date, type, amount).

C. Device, Hardware & Metadata

• Device ID Locking: We collect and store your unique Device ID securely on our servers to lock your Admin account to a specific mobile device. This is a strict security measure to prevent unauthorized access. If you change your phone, you must contact support to reset your Device ID.
• Offline Sync Metadata: We generate unique Offline IDs (UUIDs) and timestamps (created_at, updated_at) to seamlessly sync your local device data with our secure cloud servers.
• Bluetooth Permissions: Required locally on your device to connect with thermal printers and electronic milk weighing scales. We do not track your location through Bluetooth.
• Storage Permissions: Required to export daily shift reports to Excel/PDF and save them on your device.

2. Admin Responsibility for Farmer Data

Important Note on Farmer Data: As a Dairy Owner (Admin), you are responsible for the data you collect from your farmers. We process this data strictly on your behalf. You must ensure that you have obtained all necessary verbal or written consents from your farmers before entering their phone numbers into our system for SMS billing purposes.

3. Data Security & Technical Safeguards

Your data is your property. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or farmer data to any third party for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your database:

• Password Hashing (Bcrypt): Your password is encrypted using strong Bcrypt hashing algorithms before being stored.
• JWT Authentication: Access to the API is strictly controlled through JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
• Data Isolation: Your data, and the data of your farmers, is strictly isolated by your unique admin_id. No other dairy owner can access your records.
• Encryption in Transit: All data transferred between your mobile device and our cloud servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

Data is only shared securely with specific infrastructure partners to make the app function:

• Payment Gateways (Razorpay): When you purchase an app subscription, your payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.
• SMS Gateways: Farmer phone numbers are temporarily sent to SMS gateway APIs solely for the purpose of delivering your daily milk receipts.

4. Data Retention & Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active to provide you with our services.

Data Deletion Mechanism:

• For Farmers (End-Users): Dairy owners (Admins) have full control to permanently delete any individual farmer's complete record directly from within the App's interface at any time.
• For Dairy Owners (Admins): To prevent accidental deletion of critical financial data, an Admin's primary account (Name, Mobile Number, Email) can only be permanently deleted by our Super Admin team. To request complete account deletion, you must submit a request via the official Account Deletion Google Form (linked on our Google Play Store page) or email us at dailytalent.in@gmail.com from your registered email address.

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, all personal data, milk records, and ledgers will be permanently erased from our active cloud servers within 7-14 working days.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is a B2B financial tool not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
